This mod completely does not work. Here's what I experienced:
Causes all funds to be used to buy unneeded canteen food trays
Somehow moves the water utilities (pipes, large pipes, etc) to the electrical tab, making it impossible to see your water system while building new pipe

This issue seems to be a side effect of some code changes in the game. Workers never behaved like that before one of the last paradox updates.

Increasing the stack size of building materials such as concrete, pipes and wires seems to be causing confusion at the construction site.

Workers try to move building materials closer to the work site based on the original stack size, causing a large number of tasks to move the associated stack item around, interrupting the rest of the tasks each time.
When an item is placed somewhere, they are ready to work again, but when it is lifted, they stop working again.
This wastes time, especially for large buildings.

I found the location of the mod file so I tried to make the stack size of the building materials smaller than the original of this mod, but it didn't improve much.

However, it does help to streamline various other stack items.
I will remove the building material changes from the file and accept any other changes.

love this, thanks :) unlike some other similar mods this one doesn't break the log export :) very useful for a large prison!

Just ingredients (cabbage, potatoes), the rest is exports. And no, due to ai doesn't do jobs based on proximity the mqxsec kitchen won't be first even when you place the garden over there.

thanks, I was noticing there are ingrediant type items (tomatoes ect) and an ingrediant plant as well, do the tomatoes ect count as ingrediants too or only the ingrediant plants?

Place some Sheds,they wil produce eggs and bacon for you, set the timer to somewhere around 3 or 4am so that kitchen stack doesn't need to be brought by trucks.

I'm considering trying one of the gardening mods too. I can always use more jobs for my prisoners, and if I have them set by the Max sec kitchen maybe they'll fill that one first?? So I'm gonna add your recycle mod too, see how that plays out.I think I'm keeping the stack mod. It really does help with the huge volume of stuff my prison needs.

That's what i figured was happening. It's a shame there's not a way to build "waste??" into the deliveries so that it sends more then it thinks you need. Still it's a huge improvment and maybe I i can fiddle with the dfdesign a bit.

I expected something like that to happen, since stacks are way bigger it means you've got less individual boxes. So the required contents is there, but it's not divided equally to so many kitchens like with many small boxes of food.

I'm sure 1 huge kitchen would not suffer from this side effect. But then it would take a long time for cooks to bring the cooked food to all the wings on a huge map. My Metro Stations mod would overcome that issue, since you then would be able to place a metro station at each canteen and one at the kitchen - zapping cooks instantly from one place to another. thanks again, I'm running the mod, but having a small issue now. I set all my meals first to high/med and deliveries worked, everyone got fed, and I got my prisoners. I then tried to bump them up to high/high and the issue occured. My max sec kitchen were no longer getting enough ingrediants to make the required food. All my other sec lvl kitcens recieved enough, and all the trucks had cleared so the game though I had enough, and there were enough cooks standing around to clear any newly delivered ingrediants to my kitchens in a timly maner. if all that makes sence. I'm gonna run it a little longer to see if things shake out, I just threw in some vending machines so they won't starve in the meantime. As a disclamer I am running like 8 kitchens and I know the game had issues with figuring that out early on, also those kitchens with issues are farthest from the entrence, but the 2nd to start cooking based on demand times. It might just be I need to look at rearranging my kitchen set up.
