bug：在城市报告界面，总督头像没有小图标，显示不出来。

然后求调整下总督瑞娜对应的精灵头像把，在城市旁边显示时看着怪怪的。。。

How did you get this done? Can you share a tutorial? I'm trying to replace Governor icons, but no documentation or guides are available online.

I think I found a bug. When I open the "Reports" screen, instead of showing the icons for the governors, it shows text (for example, it shows [ICON_GOVERNOR_THE_BUILDER_FILL] under "City Status" in the "Reports" screen)

Yes this looks nicer, as the Civ IV Governor´s Pictures they are holy crap for the eyes!
When i play a game as an egypt, i don't want the obsolete englishman in my Council! And so on... .
