I can change over what distance the canyon height lessens. If we increase that enough, the whole map seems to get a higher base height.
You can try this out by changing the canyonDistance variable in the generator to a higher value (default 2000, 20000 didn't give an error...). Because of the extra height, forests/trees are generated a lot less with a much more barren world as a result.
I'll have to look into this some more before I release an updated version.
So basically, you know the terrain area that's neither ridge or mesa or canyon? I'm looking for an option to set that higher.
What do you mean with 'base terrain height'? I can always look...
Also, is there a possibility to change the base terrain height?
