I will be moving DeI support to a seperate addon pack for all 'Iyerbeth's Reduced' mods over the coming days so keep an eye out for that if you use DeI. Base support will continue as normal, but update is taking a little while longer with the conversion.
Iyerbeth  [author] 21 Jun, 2017 @ 4:59pm
For those waiting for the updates, I've managed to finish the reduced food today and I'll be checking for DeI compatibility tomorrow as I think there are some changes from DeI that'll be imported currently to people who don't use it, so I need to iron that out. If it's successful I'll be uploading a further reduced food version with DeI support, as well before working on the reduced squalor and finally re-adding DeI support to further reduced squalor.

This mod does not work.
? 4 Aug, 2015 @ 11:22am
np as long as it will work again :)
Iyerbeth  [author] 4 Aug, 2015 @ 7:32am
Yeah DeI is overwritnig the changes with base values they don't need to have included for some reason. I don't know if I can fix it but I'm going to be redoing the mod from scratch to make sure it's completely up to date since I haven't honestly looked at it in a long while and I'll see if I can do anything to get around the problem since it's been a while since I checked. Expect that on Friday, and sorry for the issue at the moment.
? 4 Aug, 2015 @ 4:19am
also i think that the food mod has this same issue
? 4 Aug, 2015 @ 4:17am
this is a great mod but does it work anymore? I have recently played as parthia and i see no diffirence in squalor values anymore :/
Sick#Rabbid 12 Jul, 2015 @ 9:27am
doesn't work with DeI, please update ! :Birds:
[Dolt] Ewokz 30 May, 2015 @ 9:19am
Doesn't work with DEI using the mod loader, any idea how to fix this issue?
TaterzNcorn 7 Feb, 2015 @ 3:37pm
ok.. its not. I have a great many of mods running. It will take me a while, But I am determind to figure out what is causing it. So I will let you know either way. :) thanks for the quick response. Love ur mod, BTW.
Iyerbeth  [author] 7 Feb, 2015 @ 7:06am
I'm not aware of any crashes with this mod and I can't imagine it causing one, but if this is the only mod you have running and you're still getting crashes and nothing else seems to be the cause let me know and I'll re-upload a new version.
TaterzNcorn 5 Feb, 2015 @ 3:48pm
are there any known issues that this causes on the campaign map? Im experiencing game crashes when i upgrade my settlements town. I doubt this mod has anything to do with it, but Im just curious. I want to figure out what it is, Because i love this game dearly.
TheBelgianFoe 2 Jan, 2015 @ 5:55am
Does it work now?
ducesettutamen 24 Dec, 2014 @ 4:31pm
Not your fault man.
Iyerbeth  [author] 24 Dec, 2014 @ 6:25am
Oh, I tested it yesterday and it worked correctly. :S I...don't know what to do.
ducesettutamen 24 Dec, 2014 @ 4:50am
Confirming mod manager is not forcing the load order.
Diocane 24 Dec, 2014 @ 2:47am
Tried to use the mod manager to force load order but didn't work for me, so i've tried changing the values directly in DeI mod and it works, which doesn't really make any sense.
Iyerbeth  [author] 23 Dec, 2014 @ 8:28am
You're welcome, thanks for the comment! :) I can't fix the problem with the tools I have available, but there's a mod manager tool which I've tested and can force the correct load order, resolving the problem.

Diocane 23 Dec, 2014 @ 5:27am
In vanilla it's all fine though, the problem is only with DeI, thanks for the effort u put on this for free.
Iyerbeth  [author] 22 Dec, 2014 @ 4:27am
Thanks for the report Ciccio, will be trying to sort it tomorrow, so I'll try to post an update on al of the comment sections when I have a better idea of what I can do.

Also, thanks for the report Fortune, but that is intentional. I can get the -0 to not show, but it would mean my mod would interfere with anything else that changes building stats so I thought it was best to just leave it on. :)
Fortune 22 Dec, 2014 @ 2:39am
Not sure if its a glitch but im getting a bunch of places saying "-0 public order per turn (squalor)" Seems like if it was -0 it just wouldnt show.
Diocane 21 Dec, 2014 @ 7:55am
Food mod isn't working too :(
Zubat Man 18 Dec, 2014 @ 1:12pm
No problem, kinda weird that they would do that...
Iyerbeth  [author] 18 Dec, 2014 @ 11:46am
Nah, I think the problem is that DeI for some reason has added the default squalor values in to their mod which means when mine overwrites the game files values they reput them back. I have no idea why they've done this but I am hoping to see if I can find some way to make it play nice, and/or confirm that is the problem. Just need to re-set up a mod I used to use to make the game play a lot faster again so I can test this stuff but only just broke up for Christmas and have been traveling so has been really difficult to find time to sit down and properly test things.

Sorry it's not working correctly at the moment though.
Zubat Man 18 Dec, 2014 @ 10:54am
It still funky with DEI.

I have steam workshop DEI do i need the TWC version?
steven-koster 18 Dec, 2014 @ 12:30am
Awesome!
Iyerbeth  [author] 17 Dec, 2014 @ 4:16am
Hi guys, there is an update coming for the mods, hopefully tonight or tomorrow morning depending on what time I get back this evening, I'll also be seeing if I can figure out why people are having issues with DeI, sorry for the delay on that.
steven-koster 17 Dec, 2014 @ 3:11am
Is there an update coming for the latest version of the game?
itachi-sharingan 16 Dec, 2014 @ 1:10pm
Please update it !
Zubat Man 4 Dec, 2014 @ 6:00pm
Also, please make a even further reduced mod that cuts 75%
Zubat Man 4 Dec, 2014 @ 5:41pm
Please fix this for DEI, I am playing Rome 2: total smelly poopy towns rebelling because they simply hate having food and cows and soldiers to protect them.
Cheese is King 4 Dec, 2014 @ 4:25am
cant get it to work with DEI at the moment, where ever i put it in the load order. not sure whats going on.
Iyerbeth  [author] 21 Nov, 2014 @ 4:10pm
Awesome, you're welcome. Thanks for letting me know!
jayful 21 Nov, 2014 @ 4:03pm
Working now. Thanks a lot for the update.
Iyerbeth  [author] 21 Nov, 2014 @ 4:02pm
Ok, let me know if it still shows as out of date and I'll make a minor change and reupload in case there was a problem with the last upload. Had something like that reported last year by a lot of people and that sorted it then. :)
jayful 21 Nov, 2014 @ 4:00pm
Still showing out of date but I'll be re starting the game and see. Thanks
Iyerbeth  [author] 21 Nov, 2014 @ 3:57pm
It was updated yesterday, are you having a problem with it?
jayful 21 Nov, 2014 @ 3:56pm
Update please
Rooksmoor 17 Nov, 2014 @ 10:08am
This mod finally made the game playable. Rather than turn after turn after turn of fighting incessant rebellions and uprisings, now I can actually raise taxes, develop cities and expand my empire. This mod stopped me giving up on the game entirely. A small adjustment, but huge consequences in terms of playability.
Hamilkar 9 Oct, 2014 @ 3:06pm
thank you for the mod
=)

hopefully it's gonna be sorted

cheers
Iyerbeth  [author] 9 Oct, 2014 @ 3:03pm
Thanks for the report Hamilkar, sorry it's not working. I'll look in to it, but unfortunately it will likely be Saturday when I get some time to sit down with it.

And thanks Skooginaor59.
Hamilkar 9 Oct, 2014 @ 1:19pm
not working with DEI
:(
Ulfberht 5 Oct, 2014 @ 9:36am
Thank you so much :) imo squalor in agricultural buildings made no sense as its out in the country so how can it take up so much space that it eventually leads to civil revolts? anyway thanks and keep up the good work :)
Carlson 29 Sep, 2014 @ 6:38pm
Can you make one were it replaces it with positive stats.
xxSwitchxx 25 Sep, 2014 @ 1:09pm
Iyerbeth: Thank's I appreciate it. I checked that link, wasnt sure if the mod was compatible with Emperor Edition. I guess i'll check it out.
Iyerbeth  [author] 24 Sep, 2014 @ 4:49am
Sorry for the slow reply all, just moved in to uni but I'm settled now so can get back to being a bit quicker replying.

Dutchjren: Do you mean other than the new stuff added to the game with the emporer edition update?

Inches of blood: You can find mediafire download links here [www.twcenter.net] but the food one's aren't currently updated with the most recent DeI changes yet and the thread text/title needs updating - though the squalor links are correct.

Waldo: Could you confirm it doesn't work for you with only this running when you boot up a game please? The most likely reason for it to not work is something else changing the squalor information after my mod does.
