your mods don't work anymore
Iyerbeth  [author] 22 Jun, 2017 @ 1:05pm
As DeI makes some changes to the balancing of buildings in the base game I was unable to continue providing support to that mod within my base mods. Instead, I'm now offering full support in the form of an mod addon that includes all of the extra DeI buildings and rebalancing.

For those who don't use DeI: Nothing has changed.

For those who do use DeI: This mod will revert some food consumption balance changes that came with DeI, and DeI buildings are no longer reduced. Pick up the addon pack to get everything as it should be.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this seems to be the best way to offer 100% support to all users.

Wonderful...thanks Iyerbeth! :2016gameingame:

For those waiting for the updates, I've managed to finish the reduced food today and I'll be checking for DeI compatibility tomorrow as I think there are some changes from DeI that'll be imported currently to people who don't use it, so I need to iron that out. If it's successful I'll be uploading a further reduced food version with DeI support, as well before working on the reduced squalor and finally re-adding DeI support to further reduced squalor.

FYI, I am using the Further Reduced version of your mods...no crashes yet. Using with DeI 1.2. :spacewolves:
Iyerbeth  [author] 21 Jun, 2017 @ 2:25am
Thanks for that information, I'll spend today seeing if I can update with DeI then. :)
RexJayden 20 Jun, 2017 @ 1:40pm
Iyerbeth, I appreciate you taking the time to explain and I thank you for the mods. I have them loaded into my current DeI 1.2 game. Since I am experiencing no issues, I will simply leave them active. :KneelingBow:

@RexJayden I'm currently in the process of removing the DeI aspects of all the mods, as I was under the impression they no longer worked after a DeI update a whole back. I'm going to put the old versions up somewhere in case people still need them though, and I might add it back in to the updated version if it works for people.
RexJayden 19 Jun, 2017 @ 12:31pm
Finally, owing to the deserved popularity of Divide et Impera (DeI), all 'Iyerbeth's Reduced' mods now also provide appropriate food and squalor reductions for the additional buildings available in that mod for those who choose to use it. I am not affiliated with the development of DeI in any way.

In reading this, does one assume all 'reduced' mods only or does this include the 'further reduced' mods as well? Thank you for any clarification! :clownghost:

Update coming in the following days, further reduced mods were updated today.
Peregrinus 23 Dec, 2014 @ 11:17pm
Tested. Definitely still there. It is a minor settlement only building, if that helps you locate it. On the encylcopedia it is under town centre in the City Center tab.
Peregrinus 23 Dec, 2014 @ 9:36pm
I'm not 100% if it is or if the new update just doesnt effect previous save files. The building chain is the Meeting place for Rome and its mirrors for other cultures. The Auditorium chain from that building is supposed to cost 0 food, but the first upgrade ends up costing -2, then -1, then -5.
Iyerbeth  [author] 23 Dec, 2014 @ 8:02am
While I'm still working on the DeI issue I've uploaded a new version of this to fix any incorrect values. The problem is, there are no buildings in the uneditted Rome files which have 0 food cost, except those without food_consumption values, and since I don't add any food costs to buildings that don't already have them I'm not sure if I've addressed the issue. If it's still an issue now could you give me the full names of the buildings please? I don't actually play Rome 2 anymore and haven't for a long time so I'm not sure which are the new buildings, I just try to maintain these mods for those who do still play. :)
Iyerbeth  [author] 23 Dec, 2014 @ 5:40am
Thanks for reporting that Peregrinus, I'll have a look at that today.
Peregrinus 22 Dec, 2014 @ 10:38pm
Makes the new culture + public order village buildigns cost -2, -1, and -5 food on their II, III, and IV upgrades respectively where as in vanilla they are 0 food cost buildings
Diocane 21 Dec, 2014 @ 11:04am
Not working with the latest version of DeI (works fine with vanilla though), food and squalor are so annoying...

Hi Lyerbeth can you make the mod for me Thank You
Iyerbeth  [author] 24 Aug, 2014 @ 11:18am
Hi Riz, I can make you one if you like and link it here, but I don't really want to maintain it would become out of date on Steam over time. If you would like me to post one up for you, let me know here.
RIZALDINHO 22 Aug, 2014 @ 2:44pm
can you make a mod that removes food requirement
Iyerbeth  [author] 26 Jun, 2014 @ 2:26pm
Ah, thanks for the update. Was just coming on to say I couldn't find any problem, but that explains it.
DrwHem 26 Jun, 2014 @ 2:08pm
ok the problem was with the taxation exploit. i thought they fixed it. i was only building food buildings in non taxed cities..
DrwHem 25 Jun, 2014 @ 7:56pm
does this still work? i did the math for one province manually and i was supposed to be getting a +12 surplus according to the displays but its showing as 0. as a result i am permanently stuck in this food shortage even though i am continually building food production buildings.
Polo 3 May, 2014 @ 7:26am
Thanks for your mods !
Iyerbeth  [author] 15 Apr, 2014 @ 2:02pm
Hi Valeriopelagatti, I've updated these mods for patch 12 beta now.
Ciuffu 15 Apr, 2014 @ 2:11am
can you update your mods please?
Vlka Fenryka 27 Mar, 2014 @ 9:24pm
Very good man, thanks. Yesterday having outdated mods went from being a minor inconvenience to quite the hassle. Thanks again!
Iyerbeth  [author] 27 Mar, 2014 @ 8:23pm
Hi Romulus! Yes, all these mods are completely up to date, I added the new buildings from the 26th March Seasons and Wonders update (which seemed to include Hannibal data) and uploaded a dupilicate of it yesterday for the new out-of-date mod time stamp feature the launcher has so it should be correctly identified as up to date.
Vlka Fenryka 27 Mar, 2014 @ 4:17pm
Are all of these mods updated for the latest patch? Specifically this and the further reduced squalor mods?
Iyerbeth  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 10:32pm
Hi again TheFlyingRoss, it should work fine with saved games. Before uploading any version I test it on a game where I've already won and several new games where I play for 50 turns to look for any issues and can confirm these should work no matter where you load/start from.
TheFlyingRoss 6 Mar, 2014 @ 9:53pm
is this save game compatible?
Iyerbeth  [author] 2 Feb, 2014 @ 2:06am
