The game was a new campaign on Alith Anar. As far as mods go, I think I had one other mod enabled. I don't remember what the other mod was though I think it was the ai don't cheat mod.

@Mofumofu~ is this a new campaign or was the mod activated mid-campaign? Also are you running any other mods?

Doesn't seem to work. Ended turn and the buffs aren't showing.

@wildthangksy I have yet to test it in multiplayer but I believe the answer is yes. If i'm not mistaken both players need the same version of game and mod. Please let me know if it works for you

Currently using this atm for my screw-around games, pretty fun to steamroll everything with the most basic units.

Is it really a cheat mod if it doesn't give you an unfair advantage though? That's the definition of cheating afterall.
