Robots doesnt count. You need to add

ROBOT_species_trait_points_add = 1

as second modifier at "eng_robot_repetable.txt"

Is there a way to find these particular technologies in the tech tree or is that purely for base game ones? I'm just curious where to find these particular additions or what their requirements are.
