If you could, can you make this mod work for Blue Shift? If not that's okay and if it does work on BS then I'm gonna be rlly happy :>
So there is this WONDERFUL little file containing the specifics of a weapon's damage count, problem? I don't entire understand it when none of them are to be found in the actual Black Mesa game files. What is there to replace, let alone edit?
Do you mean the fight where you first acquire the RPG?
I could increase the "damage taken" variable that controls damage taken by the player, which is now set to 0.75 on "Black Mesa". I had it higher at first but I felt some parts of the game would become too difficult for many players. Spots with many soldiers mostly. Do you think I should increase it? To combat the issue of soldier fights being to difficult I could perhaps lower the damage of the NPCs' weapons, but I would prefer not to.
Feels really good though, just not balanced.
