This should be base. The makers of this game are utter fucking idiots with 90% of their systems and they just rely completely on modders to fix their fuck ups.

Love the idea and It should be implemented to the core game but unfortunately it drops me so much errors that game slows down to crawl (it doesn't crash but pawns move a notch slower than 1 speed )

@Visoth Yup, 2 years and still nothing. I assume the "exclusion" just freaks out the zones for Hospitality. Can just bypass by having GUESTS automatically start assigned "home" then after spawned, get re-assigned to proper areas. Bam, fix. Yet still has not happened!

Don't abandon your colony when using this mod, or your whole area restriction system would bug out, totally can't use this mod for nomad play style(although you might not need it

On my list of mod ideas was to make an "Inverse" or "Inverted" area checkbox to treat them as their inverse rather than inverting it and trying to manage it that way (impractical) in vanilla. This solves that *and* more, glad I don't have to make that mod now, lol. At least as long as this works as advertised and isn't incompatible with anything I'm using. x3

extreme bug when you have 2 colonies and you have one of your colonists with restrictions from one of your colonies transfered to the other one and you change the colonists restrictions there

There is a bug when on foreign tiles (when trying to zone animals to be away from the battlefield when attacking enemy bases). Where it just gives an error and doesnt get added to the zone.

I as well would really like to request some compatibility between this and Hospitality. Both mods to me are mandatory and I really cannot decide between either. As another user said, this mod should of been apart of vanilla, and its such a damn shame that Hospitality has compatibility issues with a feature that should of been vanilla. Please consider!

Could the Guests menu from Hospitality be made to support the Area Inclusion & Exclusion functionality? I'm not sure if this is something that must be added in Hospitality or in Area Inclusion & Exclusion, or both.

THIS MOD NEEDS TO BE IN VANILLA, DOWNLOAD THIS MOD RIGHT NOW
The fact that you can hover over a creature's area button, and this mod shows you the color-coded sum of all areas this creature can actually visit, is absolutely amazing. AMAZING.

I'm not getting the error others are.... But I have a small feature request. Right now, if a creature's area is defined only as what it's NOT, when you hover over the creatures' area button, you get nothing! Is it easy enough to build a visualization based on this negative space?

I'm getting an error which I assume is related to this. Many times per second, whether paused or not.

Any suggestions, info or things for me to test? Can I take the mod out safely? It doesn't effect much, except I cant always change the areas on the restrictions tab. I always can on the individual pawn/animal tab though.

Small issue with caravans, when away from main colony. My animals I have a "barn" included and "Keep Clean" excluded. When I go to a new map (that has neither of these zones), I can not click them on/off on the animal tab. I have to go to each animal and set them to "unrestricted"... then when i go to animal tab, works fine.

I am curious if there is a way to convert the areas I had selected for my colonists with the area multiple selection mod to his mod? I have a game with a lot of areas and a lot of colonists, it would be great if I could continue using this mod.

[FaZe]|xXX\Akman/XXx| : It is not incompatible, but you can't select multiple areas in Fluffy's Colony Manager. Fortunately, you don't get errors or conflict.

Nice idea! But would it be incompatible with Children, School & Learning (adds a School zone which during school hours set in restrictions they are confined to that area), Prison Labour (sets zones where only prisoners should do work, admittedly it's already a bit buggy atm but in concept would they work together) and various other mods that affect areas?
