Han363, thank you for figuring out how to do this and posting the information in the Discussion area. I've used that information to update the mod for stellaris 3.3.4. If you want to take over the mod, just DL the mod and reupload it and let me know so I can take mine down.

This mod is sorely needed but breaks the game by spamming notifications that curator stations have been destroyed. If it was fixed I would use it every game.

this is great but I keep getting the same "curator station destroyed" pop up. Any fixes. Seems like it might be something quick. Thanks for you great work!

Either this or "Upgradable event ships 1.3" broke my game by spamming "curator station destroyed". granted i did add this mod mid game but still.

I haven't played this game in a while so I'm prob not gonna update this mod, but all that the mod changes is a few lines in the events files:

anomaly_events_1
distant_star_events
leviathans_events
utopia_shroud_events

find the event that spawns the ship by searching the files for "can_change_composition = no" and looking at the event name for example name = "NAME_Ether_Hatchling"

change "no" to "yes" in the can_change_composition and or can_change_leader line and you are done, ship spawned by that even will be mergeable.

if there is error its prob because they changed or added new events to those files that the mod overrides.

Absolutely loved the mod, but it seems to cause errant pop up windows and looks like it destroys the curators and whatnot after the 2.7.1. update. Is there anyway to fix this? I was able to determine that is this mod by disabling and enabling mods.

For me the big problem is never being able to update tech on these ships. With the Ship Transfer mod I can give them to friends, vassals and the like if they don't have any decent ships. But not being able to merge them in the early game is just frustrating. Thank you for this mod!

This has frustrated me to no end for the longest time... I usually just leave them in my home system as unique ships/creatures or send them throughout my empire as Pirate deterrent...
