I have taken screenshots, when it is spawned in a section of the conveyors is missing so the thrusters are without fuel. I will send them when you are on.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I'm unable to locate the problem you stated in the engine nacelles regarding missing small conveyors (as far as I can tell, they're all connected properly). If you continue to have a problem with the ship, add me over Steam.

You are missing small conveyors in the 4 thruster pods stopping a good portion of the propulsion
