Still works in 1.5, it makes red/critical errors at game startup, but in-game still has the desired effect and doesn't cause issues.

I was working up until today now I get wiped by every raid cuz they all have a Rocket launcher.

Just to come back to my last comment, this still half works.
It does remove the weapons from spawning on enemy raiders.
It however does not stop the spawning in shops.

So it does work for it's main intent, but since it only half works it might be breaking other things related to traders / raider loadout.

Doesn't work, does it cause crashes or errors? No
But it doesn't stop them from spawning in shops, haven't encountered them in battle yet, but I've only had raids with less than 1000 threat so far.

This mod won't remove existing rockets. It's "supposed" to get rid of conditions that spawn them, thus they would never appear, but it does not delete them. You could still spawn them via Dev mode for example. You could also enable dev mode, click the destroy tool, and delete the raiders who are carrying rockets. It's cheesy but it works if you aren't going to edit the Def files.

is this safe to use on a save that has rockets on the map in the hands of raiders? They just suddenly spawned with 6+ rockets lol. I don't even have micro electrics yet.

I'll go ahead and say that if anyone is looking to remove any sort of weapon, you can probably do so by deleting the line of code or entire file inside of the games installation. Just go to Program Files x86 > Steam > steamapps > common > Rimworld > Data > Core > Defs > ThingDef_Misc > Weapons.

All of the games files are written in plain english and simple numbers. Just open the XML files in notepad and read through it until you find what you're looking for. If you're new to this, just copy the file and paste it somewhere else so you have a backup. If the game throws errors at you on startup, you may have a problem. If you have errors when loading an existing save, those errors may or may not be harmless.

Yeah I made a new game today and a trader had a rocket, I don't have anything that changes traders at all.

First random trader in a new game had a doomsday in his pocket. Unless the patch operation is no long valid, I don't see why this is happening. I have no mods altering traders, or adding new weapons to the game. However in my specific case, I have (successfully) edited the patch file so it also removes frag grenades. This was back in November, and the workshop says this was only updated in august. Why it worked then and not now is a mystery.

Is there a way to disable this mod turning off modded rocket launchers? I only want to get rid of the triple launcher and doomsday launcher.

I'm using it 1.2 and it's appearing in combat supplier, using mod "Let's trade" out of many. Hope it helps

I'll try that, lets hope it works. I'm not sure If I will do proper testing since i use more mods than I can count and I have no clue where to start looking.

@~Max~ Anything in specific that may modify traders? Mod list may be helpful in figuring out this issue as well. Would also be a potential solution to load this mod last as to overwrite any mod patching the rockets.

I use a lot of mods, but not much in terms of custom weapons and such. Not sure which mods could affect this.

@~Max~ To preserve compatibility with other mods I remove all tags assigned to them that would cause them to appear in-game. Mainly to ensure compatibility with other mods that may reference them or alter them. Are you using any mods which may alter traders/weapon tags?

Hey, I'm using your mod, are you aware doomsday launchers are still in the game? (have not seen them being used but found one from a combat supplier.)

@LoggerC4 Unless I'm mistaken you can't craft either of them for vanilla RW.

Perhaps a dumb question, but does this affect crafting them at all? I don't see this mentioned in the description (and is how I prefer it personally)
