Description
This patch removes vanilla rocket launchers from being able to spawn on NPCs, bought from traders, and from being able to be acquired via rewards.

The following mods are also supported and have their unique rocket launchers removed as well.

Still works in 1.5, it makes red/critical errors at game startup, but in-game still has the desired effect and doesn't cause issues.

I was working up until today now I get wiped by every raid cuz they all have a Rocket launcher.

Just to come back to my last comment, this still half works.
It does remove the weapons from spawning on enemy raiders.
It however does not stop the spawning in shops.

So it does work for it's main intent, but since it only half works it might be breaking other things related to traders / raider loadout.

Doesn't work, does it cause crashes or errors? No
But it doesn't stop them from spawning in shops, haven't encountered them in battle yet, but I've only had raids with less than 1000 threat so far.
