Okay, here's what I mean. With only one pneumatic drill of sand each, the oil extractors don't have enough sand for two compressors. They don't even use more than one water extractor's worth of water. The oil extractors will be full on water and the two plastanium compressors will be full on titanium even with half the water extractors and only one airblast drill of titanium.

Oh, correction for the first comment: It should be inverted sorters set to nothing. They function identically to junctions, except you can't have too many in a row and they move items instantly rather than through their own inventory.

Okay, an airblast drill on at least 14 tiles of titanium already provides ~6.3 titanium per second, and each plastanium compressor only uses 2 each, so I don't see why you'd need an additional pneumatic drill of titanium. Further, on regular sand, oil extractors only work at 70% efficiency, and you barely gave them any sand to run at all, so the lack of oil means the compressors need even less titanium. Even with a full supply of sand, the three oil extractors would only make enough oil for 2.1 compressors, so it'd only barely be more than what you could get from two compressors sharing three extractors.

Instead of junctions, consider using inverted sorters set to sand. The problem with junctions is that, if there's another block on the opposite side, they will fill up with 6 items on the opposite side. That means you'd have to wait until each of the three pneumatic drills fills their junctions with 12 sand, for a total of 36 sand just sitting there. This isn't an issue if the block left of the junction is vacant, but it can cause a short-term loss in efficiency depending on where it's placed.
The batteries also seem pointless. It'd be better to have a slimmer schematic than filling in a rectangular dead space on the outside. Actually, let me tinker with this a bit and get back to you.
