-faction name can be changes. look at divide et impera andn other mods (they changed egypt name) the etruscan mod from guy d changes the name of the etruscan league etc etc
-culture can be changed,and can be made. but that is a bit more complex as you would have to make all new buildings aswell

i'm sorry, but its not possible to create a new culture, and the faction name cannot be changed, and it would be not very historically sorry for bad english

I'm with simorautio, jewish religion buildings, Jerusalem as the capital, and hebrew as the culture would be AMAZING even if it would fly in the face of history at this point.

Yes! African units......keep them coming! Axum next? There was Hellenic influence from Greek Egypt so some units in that style would not be fiction. I want to fight an African campaign but mid to late game I cannot field a formatible army against the tier 3 or 4 troops. Keep up the good work, and thanks.
