I am not sure if this mod will get an update - I gave up playing with the insane automatic town development. Btw: contributions welcome at any time.
Apologies for the frustrated grumbling, but unless it's my computer causing the problem, I just expect to apply a mod and have it work on its own without a bunch of tweaking from me.
Here is the contents of the settings.lua file:
return {
BuildingsEraA = false,
BuildingsEraB = true,
BuildingsEraC = true,
}
Where are these lines:
return {
capacityFactor = 2,
townDevelopInterval = 60,
logging = true,
}
At this point, when a mod causes this much aggravation, it almost seems not worth it!!!
Now I realize that you are not responsible for someone else's mod being broken and not working, but you recommend it.
Have you heard of any new fixes to make this mod work for your mods. For now, I guess I'll just fiddle with editing the .lua file in your mod... which is very dissapointing to say the least!
With this mod, you chose what is available, independent of game year.
It mean that if we start in 1850 we won't have stone buildings ?
Eventually start a new discussion and post a screenshot
BuildingsEraA = true,
BuildingsEraB = false,
BuildingsEraC = false,
However, the AI started as usual to replace all old buildings with "Era B" ones around 1930.
I'm not sure why this mod does not work for me
Ansonsten schreib mir mal bei tpfnet, wie der Test war
Hast du schonmal versucht townbuildingsutil zu modifizieren?
