@dovahbob Hi, when I tried to play this mod again yesterday after trying to recruit a fogmen all of the sudden 50+ foggmen joined my team. There is no option to recruit fewer fogmen or individually. Its quite hard to control that big of a group straight away. Could you please reduce recruits size to 10-15 when you recruit a group and also coud you please add the option to recruit individual foggman as well.

Just got a small question, does the mod keep the x5 attack slot from fogmen rising?

Can you actually beat the invasion? clear by areas?... the idea seem cool, but i'd be interested in playing it if you can actually beat the invasion against odds

Can we recruit the Mist Ghouls as well?

Damn,i wish see this mod expanded to invasions of cannibals and other factions,so world of Kenshi becomes one big war zone:D

@Pungun It's not abandoned lol. I just got busy this last half year. I'm still developing the sister mod to this one where the deadhive will be their own faction. Stay tuned!
Pungun 28 Oct, 2020 @ 1:29pm
That was my favorite mode. Sad to see it abandoned without all of the planned features completed(((. But overall i had fun playing it, thanks.

@Elmao The food shortage was meant to give the player an incentive to raid more often early game. Regardless, I added greenfruit and riceweed to the Headstart garrus to help with the food shortage situation for players who prefer to hold off on the raiding until later.

Alright, look forward to a bit more of a challenge. I encountered a very large force of fogmen, and 6 of my gurglers successfully took them all out. other than buffing the fogmen up a bit, this mod is amazing.
pacea 29 Apr, 2020 @ 4:59pm
You should give the headstart more wheatstraw or more of a different crop to grow. After research and all that I only had enough wheatstraw to make a small farm, which is a pain when you have so many people to feed, and it produces so little. Or maybe I'm missing something here

@[CKG] Antarctic_one NiceI You'll have more a of a challenge when my next invasion mod comes out. The fogmen will be in organized faction with squads of varying levels and equipment. Stay tuned!
Antarctic_one 29 Apr, 2020 @ 12:17pm
The Invasion has been a success. My army of gurlers first wiped out the fogmen on the island, then moved forward onto the mainland setting up a small base just large enough to accommodate my gurglers. I am currently sending scouting parties to the cities and into the wilderness to search for any valuable targets, and large parties of fogmen.

The regen is actually good if you want to use them for martial arts training. Just beat the crap out of them and put them in the cage, and they should heal quickly
dovahbob  [author] 27 Apr, 2020 @ 6:18pm
If you're not playing as the fogmen, it shouldn't be too hard to fight them. There's a lot of them but they're still relatively weak even with the regeneration buff.
Bloater 27 Apr, 2020 @ 4:54pm
did it go well antarctic
Antarctic_one 27 Apr, 2020 @ 12:00am
I'm about to start a invasion as gurglers, using the mod that allows you start as on, and this mod for a good enemy. I will comment again if all goes well
Vanimur 24 Apr, 2020 @ 7:25pm
Nevermind, I found the solution immediately, I was wearing stuff that I looted off of someone from mongrel, and it made them not like me because I was disguised.
Vanimur 24 Apr, 2020 @ 7:24pm
So I encountered a weird problem were some of the fogmen were actually hostile towards me. They didn't attack, but the cursor would light up red when it's over them. Any idea why?
Daulcen 23 Apr, 2020 @ 5:38am
Time for a holy crusade against the fog. Can't believe the COVID stickmen have infected a real life person to the point of obsession.
dovahbob  [author] 22 Apr, 2020 @ 10:02pm
@danshakuimo Ooh ok. Thank you for pointing that out! I'll include that change in the next update.
dovahbob  [author] 22 Apr, 2020 @ 10:00pm
This mod doesn't directly change any world states. It only adds fogmen around the map and makes them recruitable. The crafting only uses Hive Expanded and vanilla resources. So technically, it should be compatible with anything out there.
danshaku 22 Apr, 2020 @ 8:51pm
@thorx021 BTW if you are interested feel free to use my mod here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1854351474 and incorporate it into yours. Technically you can make the change yourself too but it has a minor change to the water avoidance on the fogmen, which is relevant in the swamps. I had a deadhive in my squad and he would always get separated from the normies in the swamp and try to walk through water since the deadhive apparently love water too much.
danshaku 22 Apr, 2020 @ 8:46pm
Is this mod compatible with the Genesis Overhaul mod?
Mythicsful 19 Apr, 2020 @ 1:11pm
This sounds wild as a concept. I love it, thank you
dovahbob  [author] 19 Apr, 2020 @ 1:26am
I know this feature is a popular request for deadhive-player mods but it might not be possible the ai packages are set up. But I'll look into it and see what I can do :)
OkranGalliard 18 Apr, 2020 @ 11:04pm
Nice mod but could you make it so whenever we capture someone like a human we can eat him?
