Also thanks for the mod.
this mod needs to be updated, printing ingots messes with the autosave feature
thanks.
As to being able to print more then one item, there is a way around it that doesn't involve you changing things.
It requires the user to setup an IC with programming that ties to a Stacker and the autolathe. It will print the number of items set in the stacker and quickly turn the autolathe off then on again to reset it for the next print run.
IC example: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2294497913
I've added a new version which included the 'pure' ices for the various liquids/gasses these ices have only that gas/liquid in them
With that, addressing all the questions
Does it work still?
Yes, BUT, you have to put its load order above the core mod, and restart
Can I print more than 1 item?
Sadly not, the the autolathe itself being the limiting factor here, just add more autolathes.
Can you add X?
I've only added basic materials, most things should not be a challenge from there!
The one exception being I have added the 'pure' ices which allow you to print a chosen liquid/gas
Why does it blow up my cables?
Some things need heavy cables and a 'good' power source
Though, while doing so I decided to create a local mod based on this that only does ores, tweaks the time/energy, and moves them to the tool manufacturer since that's used less often than the autolathe so the result is a bit less UI clutter.

Tweaking existing mods/data isn't as hard as you might think.
This sounds perfect for me, but I sometimes have a willpower shortage, and would like to limit myself to using this for bootstrapping.
3 Autolathes hooked up to a stacker served as my mining operation while a third one then does the normal work.
this fixes my problem, thanks!
I have been taken with too much work recently and didn't have time to update this
@Ceir is correct, if you load this above the core mod it seems to work reliably now. And like they say you may need to restart your game.
Nitrice is also added in the latest update to this.
IMPORTANT : You have to restart your game afterwards for the mod order change to be picked up, otherwise you may not see the recipes show up in the autolathe.
Just in case this mod does not get updated for new changes such as Ice (Nitrice), you can easily add anything missing into the autolathe.xml file ( located in steamapps\workshop\content\544550\2066887850\GameData )
Would be something like:
<RecipeData>
<PrefabName>ItemNitrice</PrefabName>
<Recipe>
<Time>1</Time>
<Energy>600</Energy>
</Recipe>
</RecipeData>

@jayfarm
Mod author needs to amend his description to say 'MkII autolathe'.
The mod works, I've just been printing ores in the last 30 minutes.
