The beta Highlander fixes only the performance degradation caused by Idle Suppression over the course of the mission. It caused event the most powerful PCs to begin struggling after enough time spent on a tactical mission with Idle Suppression.

If you tried to remove them and it's not working; sometimes that happens - Steam fails to remove the mod files when you unsubscribe.
To fix this, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500 and delete these 2 folders to fully remove both Idle Suppression mods:
1469163357 <--- original mod
2077547986 <--- My "lite" version
If that still does not work, right-click XCOM 2 in your Steam Library, select Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files. It will reset your Settings to the defaults but should fix any problems.
For some reason, this broke the Idle Suppression mod for me... Even when I uninstall it, the original mod just doesn't work... I've even tried reinstalling Idle Suppression but that doesn't work... They just don't do anything anymore.
I will put this in the description.
It doesn't crash with me, but I did not create the original mod. This mod just edits another mod. You should ask your question on the original mod page so that the author might respond. There is a link on the right side of the screen under Required DLC.
It looks like the author has an FAQ for such questions.
