Won't deny that. Thank you!
@cnh2r
Shoot, sorry to hear it. Weird that it didn't work for you at all :(
@mentallentil
I'm still very proud of this one, happy you enjoyed it as well!
Thank you so much for the high praise, and congrats for solving this tricky puzzle! This map is definitely one of my best accomplishments and it's honestly surprising that I managed to reach such a result with my first monoportal map xD
Indeed I figured the knockout move would be too tedious to make work if the player had to find the exact place where to put the cube, so the floor hint felt vital to me. Fun fact: that maneuver wasn't originally planned, it occurred to me as a necessity in the design process. The core move of the map was supposed to be the way you have to point the second laser at the relay to avoid the weighted cube from respawning , but I guess the knockout kind of stole the show!
Conclusion: a huge thumbs up and an instant favourite!
Whining on a high level: the visibility of the key move could be better. Just because of the target sign and since a former experiment was showing that a cube had reached the other side pretty fast I could assume it was such a flat curve which could come in handy. Btw I used a lot of F6/F7 over the whole course, which included testing the faith plate myself in order to confirm this.
I'm out of words, what a masterpiece! So many hidden and creative moves. I'd definitely rate the map a 7/10 because of this.
What can I say... I had a rough start as usual, then I tried a lot of things but none of them would work until I finally saw (how) I'm supposed to save the weighted cube. I'm so thankful for the floor hints , though I was thinking they were only hinting at blocking the laser ;-) ...anyway, I made some progress and was able to set up the key move. Luckily it occured to me fairly quickly - a shallow trajectory is always suspicious :-P plus knowing about an "unorthodox move that works in 8-9 out of 10 times" helped
The intertwining moves that came afterwards ( portal/laser management & cube sacrifices ) were so enjoyable! My jaw kept dropping more and more :D
Exiting the chamber felt massively rewarding, after all the pain I was going through ;-)
Thank you for playing, and for the big compliment! Well done to you for solving it, the map is quite tricky!
Your cube throw skipped a nice move, but hey, well done solving it still!
Thanks, it was fun to watch your solving process live!
Thanks a lot for playing and for the nice words! This puzzle isn't easy by any feast, and I'm happy you felt satisfaction upon solving it. And yep, indeed there's a hidden contraption to prevent the floating laser cube glitch, as it was messing up with the move where you need to bump the laser cube out of the way by flinging the other cube with the faith plate, due to the glitch the laser cube just stayed still.
Thanks a lot! This map can be really tricky, well done solving it. Your favorite move is indeed the core move, the idea that compelled me to make the map, the faith plate one being a neat step that came along in the middle of the designing process. Really glad you enjoyed it!
Again, sorry for not responding earlier! You are perfectly right about the peculiar faithplate trajectory, that's why being observant is particularly important! I'm also glad you liked the design.
@Requiemsoul
Ah, that's quite unfortunate. I wonder if it's really related to your PC or if you got really unlucky (because the move isn't 100% consistent). Either way sorry for the inconvenience, I'm happy that you still enjoyed my other maps, and thanks a lot for following!
Thank you! As it's sometimes the case, this one turned out better than I had originally planned. I'm glad you enjoyed re-playing it!
Hey, thanks for stopping by, I'm happy you enjoyed this one! I should play your maps too when I get back to P2, I know from a lot of people that they're very good as well :)
Thanks a lot for stopping by!
This particular move is indeed key, and quite tricky to see. Still thanks for playing and for the nice words!
Wow I'm extremely happy to hear you played and liked all my maps! Even though some of them were made when I was still rather unexperienced and admittedly lack some elegance, as a whole I'm pretty proud of my workshop. Going through all these chambers must have been quite the journey, especially as some of them are quite hard indeed. I didn't realize you made maps as well, I may check them out some day :)
I'm also pleased to hear you enjoyed this one. I don't blame you for cube tossing either, as you said it wasn't helpful anyway and you didn't skip any step. I can understand your brain was tired if you solved all my previous maps just in a matter of days. You deserve some appraisal as well for completing such a marathon! Once more, thanks a lot for showing such interest and enthusiasm for my creations, I really appreciate it :D

Sorry for the long comment. You deserve some appraisal!
Thanks for this comment, took me 1.9 second to read
Well done solving this tough puzzle! I guess I was a bit afraid people may find this particular creative move a bit unelegant, but most people liked it so it's nice. Thanks a lot for playing and for the fav!
@Libbybapa
I'm curious as well, even though after questioning myself due to Bivalvan's comment I'm still pretty sure there's no trapping situation possible.
You're absolutely right that this chamber is quite tricky, but everything is logical so it's not a shortcoming in my opinion. Here's a video of the intended solution (posted by Joric in the comments): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wyvdotaA4w
Also there is no way to get trapped in this map, you probably overlooked something. Still thank you for stopping by!
Excellent! Great work solving it! Thank you for playing and for the fav :D
@Joric @lapicidas
I'm pretty sure klaus wasn't trying to show off or anything. Also, I understood Joric's first comment on Pandemonium as a joke, not an insult. Of course you're free to talk it over in private messages, but please let's not flood this comment section any further. Thank you!
Thank you for the nice comment, yeah I think the floor hints were necessary so that the player doesn't spend a tedious amount of time trying to get the cube placement just right for *that* move. Happy you enjoyed it!
@jandlml
To begin with, getting both cubes to the upper area behind the laser field is a good goal. Achieving it requires a couple of creative moves which are probably the hardest to see in the map. Your setup in your screenshot isn't exactly right, namely because when you take that cube off the weighted button, the standard cube will respawn and that's no good. How could you avoid that? Feel free to ask for more hints if need be :)
@Atom
Well thank you very much, it means a lot from the king of laser puzzles :D
@lapicidas
Thanks! Glad you liked the map and that unusual move!
Thumbs up and favors
