@Lord Dominion its not a bug, the creative assembly fucked up pontus... they dont have the option to confederate with anyone because they aren't technically hellenic nor eastern. Even tough they have hellenic units and eastern at the same time. Similar to Cyrenaica

Can you confederate as Pontus? I cannot seem to. Works fine as all other factions, but the Join Confederation option does not appear when playing as Pontus. Is this how it should be, or is this a bug? Thanks

the NPC factions can make both client states and satrapies if thats what u mean

ok nice. concerning vassal or client state options, is there affinity AI seleucid to create satrapy rather client state ? or this options are mostly for the player ?

rome and carthage don't have confederation name, so if you make them confederate other punic or italic states (nova carthago, libya, eutruria) their names remains the same.

Hi, you can say that you renamed some factions ;)
Epirus to kingdom of epirus
Athens to democracy of athens
Knossos to cretan league etc.

hey how does this work i am only allowed to make a satrapy when i play as romans cant i "annex " with this faction?

If I play as Sparta and Athens joins my confederation, will my name change to Greek Confederation or it will still be Sparta?

is there any way i can change the religion of the faction (like cyrenica from desert nomadic to greek) and even change the leader (from greak leader to eastern or the other way around) and the buildings (like to make the illyrian and roman have greek buildings)?

Nice. While playing as macedon I also managed to get Cimmeria and Colchis to join the Confederation. Even though Cimmeria is Steppe/Hellenic and Colchis is Persian/Hellenic

To sum it up. I have a mod that allows me to play as any faction. Every faction under the Greek States can form a confederation correct?

seleucid empire is a persian-greek empire so thats why it can't form confederation :S But its a bit strange, that cyrene is not greek, but can form confederation with greeks so... its strange and difficult

It is a good mod when I just want to play to chill and there isn't time and or patience to fresh-start the campaign as Sparta. xD

pontus is just a philhellenes, and not hellenic. egypt is egyptian-hellenic, so not true hellenic, seleucia is persian-hellenic, so they are the same.

pontus, selucid empire, bactria & egypt are greek but they cannot form confederation with any other greek faction

@iftlc i know, persia and parthia are same blood factions, but CA made this gome so they aren't the same blood, in shot parthia have no brother

i know i was meaning that with any of the greek factions that it says are your bloodbrothers it doesnt give me the option to get them to joiin a confederation

@hejazi the egyptian greeks are same blood to other egyptian, punic greeks are same blood to punics(lybia,carthage,nova carthago) and greek greeks are same blood with greeks. celts with celts, gauls with gauls, german with german, arabian with arabian, roman with latin, iberian with iberian.i think you understand what i wrote a novel about and sorry for my bad english

cimmeria, pontus and cyrenica are greek blood (even if you can include the carthage, carthago nova and libya it will be great since they have same buildings to make all greeks same blood, plus latins)

celts and gallics are same blood (at least galatia is celtic blood not gallic according to CA confederations)

break down balkans and return illyrians and odrysian kingdom as greeks, while dacians are celts

nabatea is arab not eastern

bithynia and cappadocia are eastern

libya is punic (greek) not african

breuci and others non-illyrian are celts

it is all great, some issues like sparta has different blood than the seleucid empire & egypt, but has same blood as macedon & cyrenica? and when I establish confederation using sparta & obtain some land that has ports, i still can't do trading with other cities that have ports!

Y i know why now: confederation option disappears when you are playing multiplayer when you are off the same blood.
Etruscan league vs sparta works as proof (then both can form confederations with other blood Latin vs Hellenic).

Yes with human player but i mean when he or me tries to form a confederation with a PC Hellenic faction it gives no option to form a confederation with them.
