Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I used your mod as the basis for the subdermal armor plating (among other armor-increasing implants) in my mod, Cyberware 2077 , and wanted to thank you for your work here. Thank you.

Thanks for the update even though you were busy!

Ah sorry all, I am finishing up on my masters thesis and lost track of time a bit. I shall try to get things up and running again over the upcoming week. I am still undecided if I should make a single version of this mod that auto-detects compatible mods, eliminating the need for separate downloads. But this needs extra work and may not be wanted by all. Anyway I shall get an updated version out first before making such decisions.

Plans for a 1.5 update?
Darth Tiredlass 19 Jul, 2023 @ 5:55pm
I've tried running this with both Advanced Bionics Expansion and EPOE-Forked, it doesn't work with either. I think this mod is outdated, as EBF has updated a few times since this one has

It seems like the armour plates have no effect when EBF and Quality Bionics are both running. EBF's mod page does say that it is compatible with Quality Bionics, so I'm not sure what is causing the armour plates to not change the HP values when both are installed

@Raptor, thanks for noticing, should be fixed now.

the 1.3 patch is borked, the Patch tag is closed before opened

I think EPOE-forked already has support for the Elite Bionics Framework to increase hp of parts. At least I'm 99% certain it does. Though you could still tweak their numbers to make them in line with yours.
004GP  [author] 4 Nov, 2022 @ 1:36am
@#6 You should be able to always use the standalone version, as it only adds the internal armor plate. It does not however increase HP of EPOE-Forked parts Like the EPOE version does. I should be able to make an EPOE-Forked version if people want those HP changes as well.

Would I use this version of the mod to work with EPOE-forked or does the EPOE version work with the forked version too?

Thank you for letting me know. I have updated to 1.4. Minor changes were made to the 1.4 version only. Please let me know if you run into trouble. I have also not tested it with the latest two DLC's. I think this mod may not be needed if you use those DLC's, as they provide a solution as well. But I shall keep updating this.

So the Elite Bionics Framework has been updated to 1.4, just letting you know.

Yeah that's why I made this mod for myself back then, to protect those parts. If you just want extra HP's in Neck/Head/Brain, inserting the armor plates from this standalone version should do the trick. As long as those parts aren't replaced by another mod (I have not looked into most others aside from EPOE, which doesn't).
ScaryRabbit 9 Sep, 2022 @ 10:57am
If it don t work, I will send word here again, but letvme try it first
ScaryRabbit 9 Sep, 2022 @ 10:56am
I never modded, but I can try to take a look.

Anyway, what I want is exactly to protect Neck and Head, as there are plenty of other mods that increase HP of the other parts. Brain, Neck and Head are the parts ignored the most by modders.
004GP  [author] 9 Sep, 2022 @ 12:11am
@ScaryRabbit, it should be compatible, but I have not tested those mods. However, the plates normally cannot be inserted into arms, as those can be replaced by prosthetics, they can only be inserted into non replaceable parts (head, neck, torso ect.). You can change this however in the XML file of this mod and add all body parts you want. You could also increase HP of the prosthetic parts of other mods as well (just like the EPOE version of this mod does to their parts).
ScaryRabbit 28 Aug, 2022 @ 3:06pm
Is this still working? I don t know if it s compatible with Rah Bionics and medical expansion 2, since I only see options to make pawns arms stronger
004GP  [author] 5 Sep, 2021 @ 1:00pm
Added the pelvis as suitable area for internal armor plate installation.
004GP  [author] 2 Sep, 2021 @ 12:31pm
I never thought of that, as the Pelvis is replaceable with an artificial one in EPOE. I am going to patch it in later.
KillVoidCT 31 Aug, 2021 @ 8:44pm
Can you install them in the pelvis?
004GP  [author] 31 Aug, 2021 @ 11:38am
Updated to 1.3. If you run into any problems, please let me know.
004GP  [author] 29 Jul, 2021 @ 6:27am
This mod shall update to 1.3 once Elite Bionics Framework has been updated. This mod is tiny, I do not expect much of a problem if you use the 1.2 version on 1.3, as long as the required Elite Bionics Framework mods has been updated. It shall not take long however to update once requirements are met.
004GP  [author] 11 Aug, 2020 @ 1:22am
This mod shall update to 1.2 once all required mods have been updated. This mod is tiny, I do not expect much of a problem if you use the 1.1 version on 1.2.

@5katz, sorry, I totally forgot that. I did so for the normal mod but I forgot for this standalone. Thank you for noticing, I change it right away.
5katz 24 May, 2020 @ 6:29am
should link elite bionics framework in the needed mods :P
