can it be reskinned to a more civilian color pattern? how can i change the model itself, what kind of modelling software should i use?

As someone who works on Chinooks this is a great model. I would love to see a version with an EAPS for the desert maps and winter maps too. If not thats okay!

A real CH-47 Chinook can carry 44 seated passengers. Would be cool to make a "commercial" civilian version that can be colour-coded like the normal transit vehicles.

Not nagging, just passing on a thing I learned. I did some homework on direction of rotation in Cities Skylines. If you use a negative number for the rate of rotation they will spin "backwards". This can be set independently for each rotor or propeller on multi rotor or prop craft.

Respectfully, a chinook's rotors spin in opposite directions. As seen from above, the forward rotor spins counter-clockwise, and aft rotor spins clockwise. That's why they don't hit each other (known as as "meshing") when they pass over the top of the aircraft. I believe the animations and the way the blades are depicted should have one of the rotors flipped.

Any chance you could also make a version of this in civilian airline colours in a similar vein to the old Boeing-Vertol Labradors use by New York Airways in the 60's, 70's and 80's?

Ciar Aon, yea, that one also broke for me, this one works fine in my save and i have 130+ mods so i think it should be fine.
