Otherwise I greatly enjoy the mod!
P.S - Industrial zones, cultural zones were switched on at the same time. But commerce, garrison, science, and so on, we've made sure we don't have to separate them apart.
Does this mean the nav school retain it's bonus for shallow water or is that bonus replaced?
Dear JNR, thank you for your mod.
All your District Expansion mods were translated into russian.
It would be great if you could post a link to the Russian translation of the mod on the page of your mod.
And then even more players will be able to appreciate the beauty and features of your mod.
I want to report a very nasty bug happening with me: when i download this mod (or any other of the urban complexity series), some of the unitiess models brake! Any help?
Why? Well, when playing science-heavy games, I generally want Pingala in my best Science-city. I also am going to fast-track Great Library and Oxford.
This means I need to build a Library (which we already talked about my problems with, and they apply here perfectly), and a University.
This, however, is a fairly major drawback as Pingala with a School + Academy produces WILDLY more science than a Library + University, so I'm stuck debating whether to "waste" the wonders in another city, or "waste" the buildings in my Pingala city.
I know it's a bit of a niche situation, but, then again, if you're really going for science, Great Library, Oxford, and Pingala aren't all that crazy.

The reduced adjacency bonus from Reefs actually makes Science games for Naval Civs pretty hard. Many times, there will be no mountain ranges to speak of, so I'm left desperately cobbling together 1-2 campuses with a mix of Rainforest, grassland (a great addition), and the odd mountain.
I usually end up with just 2-3 "good" (+3 or more AB) campuses, and then a MILLION +1 and +2.
I think reverting Reefs to a +2 AB, and maybe bumping Rainforests to a +1 would help really balance science for Naval/Coastal civs (and boost realism!)
