No, because to the best I could find, those sort of effects were hard-coded in, or required extensive edits to a larger number of files. My goal was to make this as compatible with other mods as possible.

Does this mod have the new scientist traits (genius and such) apply tech-weighting like the canon traits do? IE, does genius gets the same tech weights as spark of genius?

Your already hired leaders will not change. I haven't tested it (so backup your saved game), but from what I know of how the game processes leaders, you should be fine activating it in an existing saved game, and all newly generated leaders will be modified by this.

I dug into More Events Mod, and it doesn't conflict with my mod(s). It must be a different mod you have installed. If you let me know what it is, I'll definitely make a compatibility patch for it.

I don't suppose there's chance of a compatibility patch with more events mod (think it's this one)? Unfortunately that edits the scientist traits file too and it's difficult to choose which mod to use.

I looked at the lite edition of your mod but unfortunately still file conflicts.
