@worthless(dont heal) This wont work properly without Traditions+, and it wont work at all on Lem, this mod will make the traditions menu not work properly.

@forest2001 This mod doesnt change how you acquire the ap slots form unlocking traditions, it just adds the ability to get more from techs.
So if you arent getting the unlocks then your tweaks might have broke something.
Also I suggest using Traditions+ Patch as a base instead of the original.

There is an unoffical fix for tradition+ patched bypassing the Steam Workshop.
As a quick check, I could run
- UI Overhaul
- Tradition+ Patched (with Ghost's fix)
- More AP for Trad+
- UI Overhaul + Tradition+

Since 3.0 released Traditions+ is no longer usable as it breaks pop jobs. I made a personal modification to get around this but ascension perk slots aren't being unlocked despite traditions being acquired. I should have 11 unlocked by now but I only have the defaults.

@democles_pl Do you see all 40 slots in the tradition menu? If not then youve got another mod that is conflicting with this one.

so why 18 or 40? I get mods add more so 40 makes sense, but why 18? Why no option for 28, which is the vanilla base default? (yes I know I can choose 40 and have blank slots but still)

I've been having issues with the mod. You can select 18/40 at start but no matter what I pick I wind up with the vanilla default.
I've got the mod at the bottom of my load order but that didn't help.

@Chrys I just put up an update that allows you to increase the max to 40.
Use the console command "event mapt_start.2" then you should see some new +AP researchs in the society techs.

Is there a way to re-setup the mod, or something like that? I chose the 18 ascension perks option thinking it would be enough, and I've discovered that it is definitely not with the other mods I'm running.

@nicebagdad This mod IS compatible with most mods that add new ascension perks. However some from Advanced Ascension and Expanded Stellaris Ascension Perks might not work properly because of the traditions changed by Traditions+.

@Saint2k Then ascension perks you cant pick are probably from Gigastructural Engineering and havnt been changed to work with Traditions+. Ill look into putting up a compatibility patch next time im working on mod stuff.

@Saint2k If youre using something like Advanced Ascension or Expanded Stellaris Ascension Perks, they might not work right with Traditions+ because of the changes its made to the trees. Not something this mod caused or intends to fix.

@Dude_domain DId you get the event from this mod when you started your game? If you did, did you chose the 18 option? That prevents the repeatable from showing up.
Could also just be unlucky tech rolls, its got a fairly low roll weight.

I finished the expansion tradition tree, yet some ascension perks that have it as prerequisite dont open up.

Also the number of perks displayed in the menu wont change, you just wont be able to unlock past the 18th slot if you choose that option.

@Galvain Just put up an update that allows you to choose if you want 18 or 40 slots.

It defaults to 40 so this wont have any effect on games in progress, but you can apply the lower slot count to a game in progress by opening the console and putting in the command "event mapt_start.1" then choose the 18 option.
