The 15 mph you win can be used to put 3,4,5,6th gear closer together.
Tested in version 1.43 with Peterbilt 389 and Kenworth W900

I based it on a 6-speed allision & wanted it to map it like in the image.
if you want to use a shifter in the game you have to change it in the settings first.
By default it's set to automatic and gears are NOT bound to keys/shifter positions.
If you have a 3-pedal setup you may enable & bind a pedal for clutch too!
I am an Italian and your transmission proved it and I find it better than that of the game
even if I'm not able to use the manual gearbox
