Report a translation problem
The truth is that - I hardly managed to deal with some new stuff :) You see...
Somebody like CUP (weapons+vehicles+units) someone preffer RHS, anothers rather 3CB factions ... :)
I wrote this mod to be compatibile with modpacks which are based on RHS + CUP(Core) + vanilla stuff, because most Arma 3 groups/clans are using them (and my own group use it as well). But also there is possibility to make some addditionall compats for another mods of course (just like I did with, forinstance, great mods with desant vehicles (see https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2492226114 for more info), but , of course there is some work needed to be done - to do so. :)
And, moreover, even now (until the next update will come) - You can find both pallete trolleys in a specific PGMLS Container (of NATO/BLUEFOR side only) called NATO Machines Container . They are therebetween other tools - like tool trolleys, gas bottles, welding trolleys, water pumps, some service parts, takn engines and so on .. :)

The system will operate with all types of pallets from Arma 3 (vanilla + all DLCs) + CUP Core

I have the whole thing in my head, but don't have the skills to bring them to Arma... if you like, I'm at d.omeron#4837 on Discord. :-)
If so - yes, I can make a special palettes/big boxes filled with such sorts of equipments...
But the 'biggest parts' like a tank engine for instance - are prepared for PGMLS allready , but You can only move them (while in Cargo) of some big 3- & 4- axes trucks..
Moreover I plan to use the 2(3) types of palete trucks and a service tool crane - but in the near future
And I have to say that apart from today's medical update (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/changelog/2120189955) , there is one more, serious one, practically on its way... maybe even in January

The reason is - that over then 1/3 of functionality of this mod was built using, and based on the ACE 3 functions and features . Just like the ACE3 CARGO, ACE3 LOAD/UNLOAD, ACE3 DRAG, ACE3 CARRY features and much more (e.g. severall config entries /iventhandlers which came from ACE3 ), So ACE3 mod is one of the base things for me. :)

You can find the new 3 types of crates - which can spawn an extra Respawn Point respectively for GLUE, RED and GUE side - directly in Editor/zeus Category : Things | PGMLS VR . As for now - there are only crates - for testing and bugfixing purposes . You can use them by entering the menu and choosing the yellow option. Each crate can produce only one respawn, then it dissapear and an additional Flag Pole is spawned just in place of newly spawned Respawnpoint. Dont worry, they have temporary textures, just for being well-noticed :)
Also all other planned equipment (like VR containers and so on ) will come in the final release. I tested them on my dedicated SP/MP local environment - and they all seemed to work quite well . Now it's time for massive MP-testing .

- over 10 completely new types of crates - which can spawn an assaultboat/lifeboat/canoe (only single spawn) Each fraction (BLUEFOR, OPFOR, GUERILLA) have it's own crates
- 2 new logistic containers - Boat Container for RU (CSAT) and the one for GUErilla
- some new crates with new types of tents
- and much more ...
BTW if You have any suggestions of creating new crate or box - for instance for Your (and Your Team) USMC special purposes - feel free to make me know. I try to make them as far as I can :)
It's sort of "brothers in arms" (because of My Team's history and USMC experiences) :) :P
At the end of the slideshow - I added severall pictures of few types of Helis - which already HAVE FRIES configured and ready to use in battlefields .
Anyway - a few completely new things & features will come in the near future ...
And of course I have also some "new-crates-requests" from severall Users of my mod all the time ...
Well, I try to satisfy them all and have enough time to make more new functionalities :)

Yes, You're right, the 3 newest containers have the problem of language You've noticed. This was because I've worked on them in a such hurry (there was a specific deadline) that I forgot to translate the displayed content from my native language - Polish :)
I promise to fix it in the next update (comming soon) .
Logistics ingame (either functional or for simple roleplay) would add a bit more variety to scenarios.
If we're succed in introducing next 2 (or more) phases - it will bring you the complete new way of buildng field fortifications, outposts as well as taking adventage of many (till now completely useless) objects in Arma3 .
