As far as WH2 is concerned, this mod is considered complete. I am currently working on figuring out transferring my mods to WH3. It WILL be coming to WH3, but I can't give a time estimate. Been having computer issues to the point where I need a new one, and will be working a lot more soon. Hopefully I can get it finished and ported to WH3 before work picks up, if my current PC lets me. Happy to know you enjoy the mod!

There will likely be some stat changes once ported to bring it in line with WH3, so rebalancing stats may also take some of that time, depending on how much has changed.

I just think this is a really good mod that brings a bunch of fun to the VC, and I'd love to see it get an adaptation.

So I read the description and I saw nothing saying this will be updated for WH III. Is this not getting ported over or is this a dead mod?? But if anybody has already ported it, can I get the link?

A couple reasons. So hunger is supposed to represent feeding on others while in combat, replenishing the life of the vampires and other creatures. It didn't make a lot of sense to me that they'd be able to feed from horseback.

Aside from that though, balance. It is already a fairly strong unit, and I'd probably have to tweak it's stats to balance it out if it had hunger. Plus VC have plenty of healing options.

Lastly, it's very much a hit and run unit, cycle charging and pulling out. Since the hunger only gives health while in combat, it also doesn't go well with the units play style anyway.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Each unit's combat stats are based off of vanilla units to maintain balance. The zombie dragon is based off the black dragon, although I did slightly lower it's health to balance out its regeneration bonus. Blood knight infantry are comparable to depth guard and the Hellsteeds are supposed to be somewhere between both the Pegasus Knights units.

I balance my units on normal difficulty, and I think that might not be scaling well to your game settings or if you have mods affecting gameplay or difficulty. Sadly this is true for even many vanilla situations (imo). Thanks again for the feedback and hope you still enjoy the mod!

Awesome mod, health values seem a little low on most units though. Especially noticeable when the zombie dragon gets flanked. Would it be possible to bump up the health values to be something like 10k for the dragon and something closer to 7-8k for the other units?

yeah, I have the reliquary built. The problem I'm facing is that the option to select blood knight infantry just disappears upon upgrading. I'm referring specifically to the unit called blood knight infantry, the halberd variant essentially replaces it as soon as the crypt is upgraded to a keep

Just wanted to put this out there in case I'm not the only one experiencing this but I can't seem to recruit blood knight infantry after upgrading to the vampire's keep

mounted Blood Knights with swords instead of lances, normal cavalry with anti-infantry instead of shock cavalry with anti-large

It is good to know the truth about zombie dragon model. However, right now this mod is the only one which adds mostly balanced zombie dragon to all vampire counts factions. Which means it is possible to recreate dracolich spam from warcraft 3 in TWWH 2 custom battles, one of a few things vampire counts couldn`t do in vanilla game and in modded game for a long time. Small, but truly great addition to the game!

I hadn't thought about that dinovart. I looked into it just now and sadly it appears the saddle is part of the dragon itself which means I won't be able to remove them. It may be possible with another program and modeling work but that's far beyond me. I can only really work with parts that are already in the game.

Is it possible to remove or make invisible armor plates along spine and tail, helmet and saddle from zombie dragon model? If posisble, it would make him look more natural, like other unmonted dragon units in game.

Ok thank you for the details, did that happen when only this mod was enabled? And also, is your forgery building the level 3 Reliquary, and not the level 2 Ancient Armoury?

So the UI option doesnt appear when recruiting from a building but it does in the raise the dead tab. I have recruited the unit from raise the dead tab. I dont have a UI altering mod in that playthrough. It doesnt show like its locked needing a building. It doesnt show up at all!

Just tested, I seem to be able to recruit them fine, and no one else has mentioned anything. Did you try to recreate the issue with only this mod enabled? What happens when you try to recruit, do they not show up in the recruitment UI? Are they in the building browser?

Got an interesting problem. Cannot recruit Blood Knight infantry from building but i can from raise the dead. Yes i have the forgery and the vampire building
