You should consider making this scenario on the original Chernarus, along with other maps like Stratis, Altis, etc.
Sorry for the multiple posts. I get this error and I can't play the scenario. I have all the mandatory mods loaded.

The first could offer high quality gear and the other a more classic kind of gear.

The enemies that I would like to diversify are the ones that spawn at the bases, I would like them to be different to make it more interesting so that we can revisit the place and find new enemies with better loot (or not). So I could also put some groups spawning in random places to make the scenario a little more alive (it was one of the ideas I have for him). I'm trying to make it work, I hope to get it soon.
Yes, CUP has become quite exhaustive and many textures have been improved in my opinion.
Haven't you already managed to load customized equipment ? Survivors in the bases looked quite customized to me (or let me guess, you did them by hand as they are ony few of them ?)

As for the performance point, I totally agree that if I decrease the number of mods the scenario would run better, I thought about leaving only the CUP mod because most of the weapons we have in the RHS mods we have in the CUP (from what I saw) . The reason for having these other mods is to diversify the enemies, I have tried to make some scripts to load enemies with customized equipment but my attempts have all been unsuccessful. But I keep trying and as I'm successful I make these adjustments to improve the performance of the scenario.

Anyway, after playing several hours on your scenario I would like to thank you for the effort of making some points of interest here and there. I really bring life to the map.
But to me the churches are not defended enough. It could be harder to loot if the priests had gathered some fidels around them to help defend the church.
The mid and late-game is quite heavy on performance. After playing other scenario I think you could improve this point by only using a limited number of mods (if possible). For example I was playing a Ravage scenario on Chernarus Redux which is only using CUP and everything runs fine. It could avoid having to load too many items and avoid duplicates.
What do you think ?
I am getting the same error message as Ryejem, I close it and carry on, I don't know what it affects.
I wasn't sure at first but now that I've been cornered by a big squad of raiders + a mob of zombie I am sure, the player character doesn't take damage at all. That explain why I was doing so well for a beginning. It seems that you have disabled the damage for the player.
I had this as errors :

Otherwise, during the short 10 minutes, I found that the scenario had a good atmosphere.

I read in your reply that it would decrease the number of NPC's, please decrease only then the size of the NPC's squad, otherwise it will become a big void after being well equipped.
