Anyhow, I have finals week, so remind me after next Friday (22nd of Feb) and I'll probably and gladly get around to update the mod.
Regarding not getting money after occupying in vanilla, well... as far as I remember you never got any money for occupying in vanilla(which might be why this mod has the money bug).
I apologize for that, and I would try harder to look into it but I created the mod mainly to balance public order out which I think is nicely done. Any other experienced modder willing to help me out is free to do so and will be given credit of course.
but i have one problem with it, im an occupier and when i occupy a settlement it says i will recieve money but after i occupy it i dont reieve the money.
However, you can still tell the the manager to load un-updated mods, and then deactivate the ones that truly break the updated game. I do that all the time (:
