Your Luigi seems very lack luster in terms of kill power and hit-boxes, I often find myself struggling to hit opponents due Luigi's often extremely small hit-boxes (in my experience), let alone kill them and it often feels extremely frustrating, not to mention his recovery. Luigi's recovery is horrendous and makes the issues with his base kit even worse, even if you manage to make it back to the edge with Luigi's recovery, you're nowhere near out of the woods yet as his up special barely even goes up high enough, making even the slightest drop down into the blast zone often lethal and thus increasing the amount of frustration.
I'm liking what I see here as an idea, but his execution requires a lot more work in order to make this Luigi worth consistently playing without the frustration his kit brings.
