This mod is broken. If you install it then you always (with every civ) have the special religious building available and it is quite game breakingly strong.

Same issue as the Augustian Friary of the Aztecs, anyone can buy the building as many times as they wish.

I had this mod installed and found that I had the option to build the Nezamiyeh, even though neither I nor any of the other civs in the game were playing as the Great Seljuqs.

Thanks!. I don't really know how modding works but has anyone ever tried to make a workshop modd that removes the unhappyiness penalty just for soldiers fighting? I always hated that aspect of the game doesn't even make sense. nothings worse than when you have a huge army some ecomomic problem occurs and they just get wipped because the Debuff penalty is so punishing. Ive seen alot of mods that do away with unhappyines all together. but i like the feature in regrads to rebels spawning/ cities flipping/ population stops growing/ production haulted ect ect. but man the army debuff is too much. it doesnt even make logical sense. in a battle you dont give up fighting for your life beacuse your unhappy. have you every had negative 50 plus unhappyiness your men litterally cant even fight rebels because of the penalty. sorry for this rant but I figured youd be the guy to ask
