Description
A collection of gameplay and content mods focused on adding depth and flavour.

Some mods are organized by certain thematic categories. Although all mods are intended to work together where technically possible, some mods are developed around a specific theme. Due to the unstable nature of Civ, its recommended that you don't try to install everything and instead stick to a pick-n-mix approach. Themed groups are designed to help with that.

This collection - titled Rise to Power (RtP) - is focused on government and politics.

Note that (JFDLC) (Core) Utilities is REQUIRED for all mods to work.
