Not really planning on keepign this up to date at all, you can try running the outdated version, or look for newer versions of this in the workshop. Do you plan on updating to 1.19, because back in 1.17 the event window would just say Missing Localization but the culture still shanged so I guess its fine.

I think it still works, but the event might be less frequent. It says its outdated on the launcher.

I think this is a wonderful mod, I've been using it for forever, I really hope that you'll find time to make a quick update even if the localization problem still exists. Afterall, it still changes the province culture. Thanks so much for making it, I wish you luck.

@3dduck do you think deleting your comments from yesterday and asking again is going to change my answer? Or my answer to that very question in the description? You also *still* haven't told me if its a crash or if you just are afraid to turn it on because the version number is wrong in the launcher. So it's not like you're even helping me get to fixing any problems faster, if I even felt like it.

Does it crash now? I think they may have changed some of teh culture flags with this patches changes to accepted culture. If it's crashing I won't be updating this (look for other mods that do the same, I link one in the description).

If it isn't crashing, then running it with the outdated version number should still work.

My country changed to the Missing Localization culture, and I didn't mind, but I wasn't sure if this was just a glitch or something, since I'm not playing as a Missing Localization country. If this isn't a bug, can you add it to custom nations? I'd like to play as the Missing Localization Empire of ancient times, and it just wouldn't feel right if I used any other culture. Thanks.

I noticed a....minor(?) problem with the natural cuture spread. Its extremly frequent, and only 300 years in, I see huge blobs that don't suffer from instability, cause they all have the same culture. Maybe make requirements?? like follow the state religion or cored/stated for a century?

I wished i could use espionage to spread my culture into another country's province of my choice by spending a certain amount of money and the process takes a decade while using a diplomat, so later i can fund rebels which will hand me over the province.
(in reality even today there are countries that send diplomats to other countries that build religious buildings for minorities, build schools specifically for them and establish shops selling their cultural items,food etc which increases the minority and flow of migrants of the same culture to there)
Is it possible for you to make this?

Kernel - I always, -always-, use this and extended timeline. it spreads randomly throughout your empire/nation/kingdom. The larger you are, the faster it happens, or at least thats what its seemed like for me. Also does it for AI as well, so its not a broken player advantage. I love it because I hate wasting diplo to min-max my empires culture.

@KernelPopcorn the base time to spread is 75 years, honestly i dont remember if it goes to adjacent provinces or just randomly in your nation.

I suppose I should test this myself, but does culture only spread to adjacent provinces or does it spread nationwide? Also, how long does it take if you have, say, 0 prestige, 0 stability, for provinces to change culture?
