That is not a conflict, that is a configuration issue with pharmacist itself. I have experienced the same issue myself using Pharmacist, and it is not specific to this mod. Pharmacist is forbidding the medicine you need from being used. Personally, I don't recommend using Pharmacist, as useful as it can be, it has some quirkiness, even with vanilla.

He just got done with his third surgery, but the doctors' are saying that things are much better. They did have to do a partial amputation, but dad's a trooper. He's more annoyed than anything.
