Can confirm, this mod is currently broken in 3.12.X because it's impossible to assign officals to boost federation cohesion.

There shouldn't be any effect from loading this mod midgame, since it is a UI mod. Same goes for mods affect federation gameplay. It should work with something like Markellus' Federations Expanded mod, there won't be background for all of the new federations types.

I am also making a lite version of this mod that doesn't modify the "interface/federation_view.gui" to provide compatibility with any gameplay mods that replace that file, I'll throw a link up here when I am done.

Love stuff like this that adds art that is customized to whatever it is depicting. Two questions though: any issue loading this mod mid game (and in a federation)? Also, any compatibility issues with other mods that affect federation gameplay?

Any chance we could get a version preserving the leader species avatar? Best of both worlds imo

I didn't add anything other than the new graphics for the different federations, and I just took out the extra stuff that didn't do anything to affect the gameplay, like the the avatar of the species leading the federation.
