贼徒和汉家不能通过外交合邦，所以给选项也没用。

are you able to make a ban all vassalization mod or something, Cao Cao vassalized Sun Jian who owned the south from Shamoke and bordering Shi Xie all the way to Wang Lang and Bordering Liu Yao and confederated him a turn later, I gave up at that point no Logic on earth can stand up to that level of power with only an un-unified Ji Provence thats half of Wei's lands and going into Jiang Dong and all of Wu and AI have infinite money and armies, its kinda bullcrap that treachery does not effect them, since they make friends with everyone anyway and he would just confederate everyone and my own allies within 10 turns anyway, dont need future sight to see those results

Doesn't work while playing as Liu Chong 190. This is one of the highest on my mod loading order, any tips?

Confederation and Vassal options are not working when play as the yellow turbans in 190 campaign.

"Looters" is not a real faction like Yellow Turbans and Nanman.

Can you disable these two options for "Looters" faction? They do not work with that faction.

可以不必消灭最后一支军队，直接占领城市就同文化合邦，实际用起来十分省心
