The mentality for blue neutral B is a lot like fox's laser. The idea was that it was easily spammable
and did a lot of chip damage forcing the opponent to approach you instead. If you wanted a projectile similar to the one you're describing then you would switch to red mode and use that projectile instead.
I'd rather not have to make the projectiles harder to hit since their main purpose is to apply mark and i want to give the player a lot of options to be able to do that.
Despite this i'll still consider what you've said so thanks for the feedback

I feel like blue-side's neutral B could be made a bit more useful. An idea I had was to have it have a higher cool-down, and lower projectile speed, but have it stun people if it hits them. It could then be used as a combo-extender instead of just a small bit of chipping damage.

Honestly, this character is kinda hard to kill with are play as in general in my opinion. The Lognes Blue Side should do at least a bit more damage in general. And should have more ranged attacks than red. As for Lognes Red. He should have stay the same. And just do more general knock back. And make some other attacks to more damage. Because he honestly really needs a buff.
