One problem that i encounter is that sometimes, on the modlist ingame, the UI on the mod appears flickering by displaying a rectangular green shape like a HP bar. Felt strange.
I've released a small update to fix some issues with the loot drops component in ACE but it might require you to demote and repromote a hunter
I'm getting errors when loading a saved game.
Oof, you're absolutely right. I made a small fix last night to allow ACE unstable version to be used with the mod but broke the mod for all the non-unstable users XD
Pushing a fix now, thank you for bringing this to my attention
unless there is another method?
"- Trapper+ : Fully compatible with Trapper+ raw meats and fresh pelts. If using Trapper+, the Hunter's Bow will be crafted by the Trapper and not the Carpenter."
If you're using Trapper+ (which you seem to be because the recipe asks for Trapper+ leather) the recipe is then crafted by the Trapper :)

You have to manually order it to be hunted by using the "Hunt" command in the harvest menu. Only on level 3 the Hunter unlocks the Hunting Camp, which automatically "toggles" animals that appear nearby for hunting. It's part of the hunter's progression, and you're informed of that through the job perks (that are always a good idea to read :) )
It just moves them to hunting camps, and only if you have space in them, so hearthlings still have to go to the camps and transport the resources to your town :)
So it's not that OP, think of it as the hunter carrying the body and butchering it on the camp instead of leaving dozens of parts in the middle of nowhere, which doesn't make much sense. It indirectly helps with performance as well, since it focus where the lings will have to run to retrieve things in a single place instead of spreading hundreds of items all over the map :)
