might change your mind
The periokoi soldiers were not spartan. If memory serves me correctly, they were a middle class allowed to live in Sparta (as merchants and such) but were not citizens and therefore did not have Spartan training. I would redownload if you changed the morale boost to only apply to Spartan soldiers specifically; otherwise it provides an unbalanced and historically inaccurate gameplay.
I didn't make them overpowered by increasing their morale. They still can die.
You got a slight higher chance of victory but if you lose, you'll lose your whole army.
If you're really believe this makes them overpowered I am nevertheless willing to make a version for you.
