Promising but now the unit looks worse and they still lack a name tag in-game. You should change their appearance back to the one seen in the video and fix the name. Definitely keeping my eye on this mod to see what ahppens.

The historical name would be Numerus Maurorum Aurelianorum. They are most known for being stationed as a garrison at Hadrian's Wall. A numerous (unit) is an infantry detachment of about 400 men. Maurorum Aurelianorum translates as Aurelian Moors. They were mentioned in the Notitia Dignitatum. This numerous was mustered in Roman provinces in North Africa (northern Mauretania, Morocco and Tunisia). You could make them region specific and recruit them only in the provinces of Mauretania and Africa. Hope this helps. And good work!

Blue shields look great but the blue uniforms look a bit odd.. I thought standard legionaries would wear red? and those beards are freaking me out Lol.

hi great mod but just wanted to point out that in the picture provided above the legion looks like it has blue sheilds of the roman style as opposed to the standerd red colour..can you change it to increase the diversity?

There was actually a high level black African (berber) commander who fought the Dacians. You can see the image of them on Trajans column in Rome. They are obviously black Africans and not Semetic North Africans. Would be nice to have him as a general unit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lusius_Quietus
