For some reason no matter what I do the ballast tank never complete fills up and just starts to go down am I doing something wrong

nvm they only stop working if you hold filling them for too long. they do pump out eventually

Fluid meter might work, but you would have to inverse its reading as the microcontroller is designed to deal with the negative value from an altitude sensor

Also make sure the forward and aft diving planes are in the same orientation as they are with this sub i.e the positive and negative arrows are pointing in the correct direction

Looks like you've connected it to a fluid meter instead of an altitude sensor

yeah if the air intake (at top of conning tower) goes underwater with the engine running it wont restart. I've tried different intake designs but noting seems to work. You've just got to shut down the Diesel before submerging I'm afraid...

Yeah, feel free to edit the torpedo microcontrollers (the long thin ones inside the torpedoes), its the constant number going into the PID which sets the depth

nope, the tubes are open to the sea so would flood if you opened them. (irl more fuel & equipment was usually carried instead of torpedo reloads so I didn't model reloadable tubes)

my body is ready.Btw if you turn evry volume down (but not the engine sounds). and then turn throttle down slowly from 0.10 to0.00 your sub is pure ASMR! cant wait for your next creation! I think im a lil bit too motivated for this lol.

Yeah light switches are circuit breakers so turn electricity on/off for the lights, not sure why I did it that way but probably change it in the future
