The triggers are not set properly, you need to set the "activation" to blufor or opfor depending on your team!
Thank you, I did change it to a simple coordinate TP when any player enters a trigger zone between the doors. I haven't yet tested it in MP, but I think it will work.
Never tested it for MP, sorry. Point of teleport may drift after composition set, need a little adjustment.

I'm having an issue with the teleport trigger script not working correctly, as well, do you know if that works in multiplayer? I'm trying to find some way of working around it, and I need that lab area for a coop mission.
This was an incredible piece of work. The details were astounding. Of all the things in Arma 3, this honestly impressed me the most.

Collision model of the building
if AI starts firing through walls, put them on hold fire, defend only. Then they will only shoot at you, when they've direct line of sight and not through objects.
