It's been years since I touched this mod, you could try this one instead, it has configuration for you to control https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2290626885 :)
I also like the idea that has been mentioned elsewhere, of the addition of a "Time since last taken damage" timer where regen is stopped for a period of time after taking damage.
Although I've thought about combining all the ideas into one single mod, allowing you to configure it to be percentage based, point based (like this mod already is) or saturation based. Depending on your personal liking.
Thank digitalbarrito, Kamakazi_Llama, RedBeardVIII & Senko-san for their work in updating it.
"DelayBetweenRegen" is the variable you want to change, it determines how long the delay is between getting healed, default is 9 seconds.
The other two variables determine how much you are healed normally and when under 20 hp.
@Evolart: I'm not entirely sure, might be a different mod that might be causing conflicts? Could you try disabling mods here and there? You might figure out which mod is causing the problem and then I can take a look at it :D
Every time I continue from last save, healing effect is becoming stronger.
@salamander_svk: Oh, that hasn't happened to me at least in any of my play playthroughs. Any idea in what situation you were in when that happened? You can look at the config files to see if they have been changed or if you changed them by accident?
I would recommend the official Noita Discord server if you haven't already, they have a section for modding. Bunch of helpful people there if the official documentation isn't helping you out enough.
@LABmonkey, don't currently own Spelunky 2 but I might check it out if I get myself into buying it later :)
I am trying to figure it out but honestly I know very little about LUA and am somewhat lost trying to work out what variables to check for.
