I've tested DSR myself on Rome 2 with your mods.
The setting of DSR Factors: 2x, DSR-Smoothness: 20%
work great. The antialiasing is great and the image is much more crisp.
You have to >turn off< the ingame antialiasing (FXAA) in the in-game graphical options to prevent a doubled application of antialiasing measures.
This is where the Presets are: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\SweetFX\Presets
Copy the files from the Preset you want, and paste it into your Rome II directory. It will overwrite a file or two. Then the preset is active.
So far everything works! Just shows a exclamation mark saying it may mess up your game but haven't seen any issues yet.
I'll have to try them again and update, but way too busy to do it any time soon.
