all the people in the comments crying on how much hard this is!? challenging maybe but not hard at all
the finale is a pain in the ass considering its a scavenge finale and you need to collect 20 gas cans while horde is constantly spawning even with 2 tanks present
- There are way too many horde events + way too many zombies overall.
- This campaign is way too hard even on a lower difficulty.
- Healing items were sparse and lasted all of three seconds.
- Each chapter lasted way too long, dying meant losing like 20-30 minutes of progress most of the time. (Chapters are long intentionally).
- Sections were either way too small or gigantic too the point where you would end up lost.
- Most horde events lasted way too long. (Like wayyyyyyyyyyy too long).
- Ammo was sparse but there was always like a million guns lying around everywhere + melee weapons.
- Close to impossible with bots, 3-4 people seem necessary. (Depending on skill level).
This campaign was pretty close to being walk, fight horde, walk, fight horde, walk, fight horde but there was 1-2 objective events tossed in there to break up the monotony of it.
Play with lower difficulty or find 3 other SKILLED guys, anime girl.

Despite the issues I had with map 4 and 5, I still recommend this campaign but be sure to bring someone for Advanced and above since this campaign is brutal sometimes. A bot team with better AI addons like Left 4 Bots 2 might also be enough for Advanced but you'll probably have to restart the map 1-3 times during your entire run. As for the ratings, this map initially would get a 9/10 from me but eventually it rounds out to a 7.5/10 because of how unfair map 4 is.
Definitely recommend this one but make sure to bring a buddy, I'd say two-three real human players is a must for a clean experience on this one, a bot team will have you resetting at least once or twice on your run.
I think it's an amazing campaign, but a couple more ammo and med spawn points would definitely be helpful. It's hard to enjoy the campaign as a casual player at times due to how stingy it is during the events.
With what entities you made this map bro? Explain bro!! Am I safe??
In my opinion, Chapter 5's daunting event is dampening this map's overall experience. But that doesn't take it away from being one of my favorite maps of all time.
Map 1 is fine.
Map 2 is Silent Hill Underground reference, no jump scares there, just kill all Infected along the way, IF YOURE STUCK IN YOUR WAY, USE MELEE OR PISTOL TO CLEAR A PATH.
Map 3 is fine.
Map 4 IS TOUGH:
> This is optional but at the end of the 1st road has a MEME for challenge: If you opened Pillar Men Room, you fight 3 TANKS at the same time with AYAYAYA THEME, THIS IS A JOJO REFERENCE. XD
> You're going on security check and gates open here 1 by 1. While opening it triggers Crescendo, there are no Mounted Guns here so STAY STRONG AS YOU CAN!
Map 5 Finale is Scavenge, gather Gas Cans as fast as you can to escape using a Truck, be warned area is so dark and Gas Cans are so far.
I love long Campaigns like this, very detailed, tough AND NO CRASH. Played this campaign using " Replace L4D2 Survivors Mod" + "Balanced" MOD.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY 10/10.
will i play it ever again in the future? no, it's exhausting to play
- 9 out of 10 morphine abusers recommend
hehe long.
