The thing is, even though folks are saying it’s a bad hat, a majority of people still wanted it in and Valve agreed. About 80% of the votes for this cosmetic were a yes.

Its a shame they didn't pick one of your other items. Not sure what made Valve think this was more worth to add than ''Sleigh Riders Slacks'' or ''Fist of justice''.

this is not good. i don't know who would want to wear this at any other time of the year for any reason. submitting (and accepting) hats like this only takes up spots that could be used for higher quality submissions, and i'm not happy it was selected over better options

Clearly a lot of the cringe whiners complaining about some of this years update must be complete noobs to TF2 or just oblivious that Smissmas traditionally includes cheesy funny holiday themed items/maps/effect/etc. Its much easier to cry online like a entitled brat than create their own content.
