im so glad everything glows purple and the screen is all blurry, oh and i especially love all the piss colored CC. think i'll go lay down now, my eyes hurt.

great atmosphere and the subtle changes are great. the dead survivor hanging on the lightpost with the rifle in his hand was a really cool detail, and i find it nice that you can actually get the rifle by doing parkour. i have not played the finale yet, but i cant wait to. everything about this is perfect. 20/20 mod.

Hey,

The problem you are experiencing is caused by that of some sort of "HD" texture addon, likely a conflicting pair you're subscribed to.

No rock models/textures have been modified for the campaign, and all works well on my end.

Timed hordes are what you get randomly by music cues when playing the maps, these will always spawn ahead. Panic Event hordes, such as the forklift, are set to spawn in multiple random directions.

"Timed hordes will always spawn ahead" does that mean that during the Forklift panic event the horde spawns in front? i might be wrong on this but i could have swore that the horde spawned behind in L4D1. not upset if you did this, just curious is all X3

No worries, I apologise for the misunderstanding, but yes, Valve replaced some of the Panic Events with Gauntlets to fit L4D2's play style. Something I'm not a fan of, as it makes players miss out on exploring the map.

hey, I didn't mean to say you'd put an infinite horde in, but that it was good that you'd removed it since it was bad for Valve to put it in. Should work on my phrasing, I guess.

@Nelson the campaign was compiled with HDR lighting, depending on your viewing angle and monitor, some things will appear brighter or darker. You can simply test it by looking straight up or down when playing the campaign.

I'd like to say again, there are no infinite hordes in the campaign(s). It's been play tested many times (mostly and firstly with 0 mods installed, sometimes with mods installed) to account for the games RNG, and there were no problems regarding hordes, everything was normal. Please make sure (for other people also) that you check for mods that may change the game settings. If needed in the future, only play with the campaign installed for full reliability.

@Cheeseburger about using resources, not sure if you're mentioning wanting to use mine, but if so I would respect it if you made your own! Thanks.

*Nice*. The changes to NM and CC were (imho) kinda subjective, but the infinite horde added to the town map in L4D2 is just blatantly not part of the actual map design.

Do you think you'll get around to Dead Air eventually?
