Report a translation problem
Swapped mods out and added this one which i had used before. Forgot entirely how fantastically overpowered this mod was. Great fun though!
Augments when completed merge into the item as if the item had dropped with that ability from the start. Repeating an augment will increase the power of the ability. Repeat as desired and walk through the game without fear.
There are two bugs I am aware of, which do not cause any real issue, only annoyance:
1. You can apply an augment to a non-viable item and see the augment text on that item. When the count completes the text will disappear but not apply any ability to the item.
2. You apply the augment to the right item but the count does not increment to complete. Seems to be a bug in application that happens sometimes. Just apply a new augment of the same type and it should start counting.
If u like to add an cap limit you could use an custom enchanter that adds max 5 augmentations to the weapons of your choice. Only the results might vary then...

and once again it will be so slow for me to work on this mod to make a lot of change, especially for trial and error. and since COVID-19 start my job become more busy then before it, but for now it less busy than last year. but yeah this about times. in a days i just have atleast 4 hour in the front of my pc, and there a lot of think i wanna do. so it really take time to put this idea on especially for me. sorry for it
if you can help me to figure it out, it will make it fast enough to be happend.
maybe there a way to make it possible using statwatcher and dynamic stat, because im using the statwatcher also for restrict the scroll to useable in type equipment. to did it what i said require some dynamic stat and a lot of edit on every scroll. it will need times and effort to make it.
but i start thinking it will be possible, but idk how the game will work while run one trigerable which has so many statwatcher. and how the character actually work when he get so many dynamic stat on him. but it can be discuss in Torchmodder discord forum to figure it out.
This wouldn't affect how many different Affixes that can be on any given item, but only allow one of that scroll Type. If this isn't practical or feasible then I still thank you for taking the time to discuss it with me :)
because the way of this mod adding affixes its a bit tricky, and doesnt use the default ways. so i think it will be imposible to limit the number of type affixes can be added.
your idea will make the choice of affixes you are gonna add need to plan carefully especially for fav weapon, this is good idea for who want a variety of equipment that different focus build.
but really i still doesnt know how to limit it with number slot of affixes can be add.

yeah there is
every scroll is only useable in specific type of equipments. when one effect is active you cannot add the same effect into the same equipment, you need finish the augmenting requirment and got the effect first before apply the same effect scroll into the same equipment.
if you have another limitation options, just tell me maybe i can use it.

sorry it look like you need to spend more gold and 3 run times for killing mob to fix the bug from your armor.

I'm happy to say that it seems that it worked. Even better than expected!
I applied the scrolls again to the armor and it decreased the value.

i found the problem, in the effect editor it showed i need to put the value of stat on positive value to get the right effect. so i put it on positive stat before. never test it yet so i dont know if it doesnt work right. after you tell it to me. then i check it again and everything in right place so i start search the affixes that use the same stat, and found it and it showed on negative value. this confuse me a bit after recheck on effect editor how the stat work. but for now i change it to negative value.
if it fix your problem please tell me, i guess the description on effect stat in wrong place.
and if you found any bug just tell me. im going to fix it as fast as i can

I do have one question, though: I've been using the (all 5 available, here's one example) "Augmented (Physical) Damage Taken Monster Scroll" on my armor. I ended up TAKING MORE DAMAGE the more monsters are next to me.
Was this intended? Or should the scroll DECREASE the damage taken based on how many monsters are nearby?

@AF because all the item and unit on this mod is freshly new and i dont replace any vanilla thing. you can put it in the bottom. no worries just tell me if something going wrong

For this mod: Yes, I feel balance can be achieved with this method and more feedback can be acquired by other Players in the future if any other edits are needed. Glad to help with the idea! ^_^

If anyone have another ideas, dont be shy to leave it on comments. Because before i release it on steam page this mod was created for personal use. and it was 3 month or more i dont remember x) So you can share your ideas to make it more enjoyable by anyone
Contrary to @a.live.from.dead, I'm not found of looting to much of these scrolls, as it will rapidly clutter my bags with scrolls I may never use. Having them from merchants is OK for me, since it allows to chose precisely the ones I want.

To use the scroll, I unequip my weapon to my bag, right click the scroll, click the weapon, which get the affix-text right away. Then reequip the weapon. I tested without using any magic ability (to prevent DoTs) and make sure the weapon hit is what is causing the kill; but still, no luck.
if you mean the kill count never increase even if you made a kill using your weapon, there must be a wrong on the way you use the scroll, please read the ATTENTION. Because adding augmenting stat using scroll is a bit tricky and not the part of game. If this still happend to you, can you show it to me inform of video.
